At Bygone Reflections we pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting the item.
We encourage customers to visit us at the St. Jacobs Farmers in order to complete their exchange. We are happy to offer any one of our items at our store in exchange for your returned item. Alternatively we can provide your with a gift certificate to be used at a later date.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Alternatively you can visit us at the St. Jacobs Farmers Market on Thursdays or Saturdays 7am-3:30pm and return your item in person.
Items NOT Eligible for Refund
**Please understand that paint products are non-returnable. All sales are final on clearance merchandise. We apologize for any inconvenience.
